Connect to the clinic on Dexcom
Sharing your Dexcom CGM data lets Dr Chan review your glucose traces before and between appointments. It takes about a minute, and the clinic code is Health111. Using a FreeStyle Libre instead? See the LibreView connection guide.
Option 1 — in the Dexcom G7 app
- Open your Dexcom One+ / Dexcom G7 app on your phone.
- Tap the Connections tab.
- Tap Clarity Clinic, then tap Continue.
- Enter the clinic code Health111 when prompted.
- Confirm the clinic details, then tap Done.
Option 2 — on the web (Dexcom Clarity app users)
- Go to connect.dexcom.eu.
- Log in with your Dexcom account.
- Enter the clinic code Health111 when prompted.
- Confirm the clinic details, then tap Done.
You can stop sharing at any time — in the app, open Connections, select the clinic and choose Stop Sharing (or use the same website). Your data remains private and is only visible to the clinic.
